Shop Wizard 3D for Windows
=======================================================================
Congratulations on choosing to use Shop Wizard 3D!
This program allows you to create catalogs and 3D worlds for online
commerce. All stores are HTML and VRML compliant, making the products
in your store available to all internet users.
Stores can be built offline and uploaded via Shop Wizard 3D. You will
need a computer running Windows 95 or Windows NT and an internet
account with CGI capabilities.
Shop Wizard 3D is subject to the terms detailed in the license
agreement accompanying it.

Installation Instructions
=======================================================================
To obtain a copy of Shop Wizard 3D, first download the zip file
into a temporary directory.
Shop Wizard 3D is being distributed as a zip file, you will need to
unzip it before use. To unzip WinZip is highly recommended.
Double-click on the setup.exe file to start the installation.

Uploading your completed store to the internet
=======================================================================
After buidling your store in Shop Wizard 3D, click
'Create Internet Shop Files'
button on the toolbar, a window will appear, then click
'Options'
fill in your 'Host Name', 'User ID', 'Password' and optional 'Destination
Directory'. Click OK.
make sure you are connected to the internet, then click
'Upload'
the files will be automatically uploaded.
One more step remains, to configure the CGI. To do this you need to
telnet to your account. Telnet program is provided with Windows 95. To
run it click on the Windows 'Start' button select 'Run...', a window
will appear, type 'telnet' in the space and click OK.
Select 'Remote System ...' from the 'Connect' menu, a window will appear
type in the 'Host Name' of your server and click 'Connect'.
You will be asked for your User ID and Password to login to your account
enter these and then change to the 'Destination Directory' you entered
in Shop Wizard 3D. (to do this use the 'cd' command eg, 'cd MyShop'. Use
'ls' to list directories.)
Type the following :
perl configure
You may be asked to choose the location of sendmail, ask your Internet
Service Provider for help if you are unsure about your choice.
You will be asked if you wish to use PGP. PGP is an encryption that will
make the email orders sent to you more secure. If you have not setup PGP
or are unsure about it's installation on your server ask your Internet
Service Provider for help.
You will be asked to enter the base URL for your shop eg,
http://www.company.com/MyShop/
Type logout and exit windows telnet.
That's it, you can now type the URL of your shop in your web browser to
start shopping eg,
http://www.company.com/MyShop/web_store.cgi
